Fred Dixon is the CEO of Blindside Networks. In 2003, the Ottawa Business Journal recognized Mr. Dixon as one of Ottawa’s “Top Forty Under Forty”. He is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded three Ottawa-based software companies: Databeacon Software (acquired by Cognos 2005), OpenLava Software Inc., and Blindside Networks Inc.
Mr. Dixon has been an active mentor of other entrepreneurs and a board member for Espial, BasketFunds, and HireTopTalent.
