Chris Cunnington was a trade magazine journalist at Rogers, and then went freelance for several years writing articles for The Globe & Mail, National Post, and Canadian Business. Tired of reporting on what people were doing and wanting to do something himself, he listened to the siren's call of software. Three years ago he revived the Toronto Smalltalk Users Group from its sleep, created a Squeak booth at Linux World '07, and then created the online beginners' environment/web host Smalltalk Television.
